"How to make apple cider vinegar", this is my second post on blogger . Today I will tell about homemade apple cider vineger recipe .
Ingredients:-
1. 3/4 apples
2. 1 sterlised glass jar
3. Water 2 bottles
4. Normal sugar/ brown sugar / honey
Recipe / how to make:-
First take 3/4 organic apples, wash it off very well and chop into pieces.
Then take another glass jar, fill with water and take 4 tbsp brown sugar/normal sugar/ honey and stir continuously mix it well .
After that pour the sugar water into the jar which is filled with chopped apples .
Ingredients:-

First take 3/4 organic apples, wash it off very well and chop into pieces.
After that take a sterilised / well washed glass jar ( remember glass jar is mandatory, otherwise it will react) and fill the 3/4 the of the jar with chopped apples . And remember don't remove apple seeds . It is also used in making apple cider vinegar. it is rich in potassium.
Then take another glass jar, fill with water and take 4 tbsp brown sugar/normal sugar/ honey and stir continuously mix it well .
After that pour the sugar water into the jar which is filled with chopped apples .
After that , take a wooden/plastic spoon and pres those pieces of apple into the water at that they are fully covered with water.
Then wrap the glass jar with a tea cloth/ coffee cloth and keep it in the corner of kitchen for fermentation . At that no one can reach there because when it will be fermented , it would have a strong alcoholic smell. Keep it for 3-4 weeks or more as u wish .
And every 2- 3 days later open the cloth and press those apples with a wooden / plastic spoon.
You can see bubbles in the water. This is a good sign . It means the fermentation process is started . After a couple of weeks you can see more bubbles and you can see some small particles stored in the the jar. Those are nothing but mother .you can hear or see when you buy a jar of apple cider vinegar, Apple cider vinegar with mother , so those small particles are mother.
After 3 weeks ,open the coffee filtered cloth and take another sterilised glass jar and transfer the vinegar with a plastic filter not with a steel filter to the new jar after squizzing the apples well. Don't forget to transfer mother as it is useful to prepare next apple cider vinegar.
After that it is ready to use. take it 2 tbsp. with water daily adding honey, lemon juice and cinnamon powder in empty stomach it is very useful in weight loss. It is also helpful in killing bad bacteria in body and increasing good bacteria. it is also used as enzyme .
