Ingredients: -
                         1. Milk (500ml)
                         2. custard powder (4tbsp)
                         3. Sugar ( 4tbsp/ as per taste)
                         4. Different types of fruit like mango , banana, grape, apple, pomegranate, date ,cherry etc.
                         5. Dry fruits like raisin, cashew, aam papad( aamsotto) etc.


Recipe:-
              First, take 4tbsp custard powder in a small bowl and pour some quantity of normal or cold milk on it and mix well till it gets smooth. Then boil the rest milk , when it starts boiling,add 4 tbsp sugar and keep stirring till it dissolves. After that pour the mixture of custard powder and milk step by step in the hot milk and stir continuously, remember no lump shoul be created. When It became thick, then off the gas and keep it for cooling. You can use vanilla essence in it but this is optional , not necessary. Take those fruits and chop into small pieces. When the mixture get cool then mix these chopped fruits into the mixture and mix well. After that pour the mixture in  an air tight container or u can use any container and wrap the upper portion with a air tight food graded foil paper and then cover with lid . Take it in a refrigerator for 4-5 hours and then serve it cold in small bowls. You can use chopped cherry, cashewalmond for garnishing. You can add some rose syrup when serve it.
